Rates
- There is a $50 fee to lock in appointments which will go towards the fees for the sessions. The total $50 is refundable only if the appointment is cancelled more than 24 hours before the appointment. It is non-refundable if not cancelled more than 24 hours notice.
- $130.00 for the intake which includes the first 30 minute intake and a 45 to 50 minute session. $100 for each 45 to 50 minute session thereafter for individuals.
- For couples $175 for intake which includes 30 intake and a 60 minute session (30 minutes each separately). $150 for each 45 to 50 minute session thereafter.
- Family sessions are $175
Insurance
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Payment
I do not accept cash or insurance. I accept PayPal (www.Paypal.me/AnnieWarrenLCSW), Cash App (Cash App ID: $AnnieWarrenLcsw), Square, and all major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
The appointment must be cancelled before 24 hours of the appointment or the $50 appointment fee is nonrefundable.
